Hi friends! Looking for something to do after school on Tuesday, February 26th? BLS A.S.I.A. will be holding an (admittedly late) event for the Lunar New Year after school in room 220. We'll be making and decorating our own red envelopes and learning about the history of the Lunar New Year in China. Snacks, drinks, and a surprise for the new year will be provided! Have a talent or a performance to show off? Sign up to audition for A.S.I.A.'s biggest event of the year, our annual Asian Night, a showcase of the amazing Asian-American talent at BLS and a night of fun and memories! This year, Asian Night will be held on Friday, May 10th.
Audition applications for either performer or MC are due on Tuesday, February 5th. You can find forms outside of Ms. Wong's room in 108 or at bit.ly/asiannightauditions. Auditions will be held on February 13th, 14th, and 15th.

A.S.I.A. is kicking off 2019 with another fun food event: Korean Kuisine! Join us on Tuesday, January 22nd, 2019 at 2:30pm for a Korean food potluck event. The best part? This event is FREE for those who RSVP at bit.ly/koreankuisine by Sunday, January 20th. If you forget to RSVP, don't worry! You can still get into the event on the day of for $2 at the door, but there will be limited spots. Hope to see you all there!
